Due to the nature of the custom art pieces, there are no returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction and happiness are our commitment. If an error was made on our part, we'll do our utmost to fix it.

As outlined in every product description, you can add a note to the artist if you'd like us to use specific colors or embroider specific items in your photo.

You are welcome to request a photo of your order before it is mailed to you. Just send us a note after placing your order indicating you would like to see the finished piece ahead of time.
