Meet your artists

Hi, I'm Stephanie, a Dallas based Mexican artist and designer with a compulsion to add embroidery to everything. So it is not surprising I chose paper too.

My story with embroidery starts off a little different than most. Everyone knows loss, but at 23, I had no clue I would lose my health. A severe neurological illness left me with only enough strength for eating and personal hygiene. My life became very small.

Years down the line I found help, and embroidery became part of the slow battle to regain the use of my hands. Soon it became an expression of my passion for living. I feel privileged to share it with you.

If having a chronic illness has taught me anything it's that I am finite and finite is good. Which means that as soon as I established this art studio, I knew I needed a teammate.

In came Raquel Aguirre, a Peruvian embroidery artist and mother with as much passion and meticulous care for detail as myself. She embroiders from Florida, working alongside me so we can serve more people with this gorgeous art form.

With every commission, Raquel and I help to support our families. We are honored and thankful to use our love for embroidery to make meaningful art for you.
